Boot Camps Testimonial

The tip of "controlling my breathing rather than my breathing controlling me" was very useful, as I don't feel I'm out of breath when I am aware of it. Since starting the bootcamp I've run a 5K and scheduled to run a 10K and enhanced my time from 34mins to 30 mins, so definitely proud! Also I completed my first triathlon under the 1hr and 45 mins, which was my target. Again the endurance that hill training gave me was key for the cycling part (as it was quite hilly).
